Dear Aashi,
Your problem has the answer too. It is you who started off saying you finished auditing. Finshing auditing is in my viw, INCREDIBLE. Being a May-15 student, I would personally feel super-confident if I were you. All that's worrying you is your trail of thoughts (which could be avoided if you didn't put your mind idle in the rest you have taken). Just smile over the idiosyncrasies of life... and move on!! ALL THE VERY BEST

Some tips for SFM
Assumption : You have done full syllabus atleast once.
Books to be followed : Practice Manual, Latest RTP + Past 3 RTPs, Latest MTP+ Past3 MTPs.
Solve every Question BY HAND.
Remember, till the time you will not solve the questions by hand, your score will always be in 40-50.
Strategy : 1. Complete the Theory. Q7 will always be a theory Question. Only Past years Questions will come.
2.Now start with Short and Easy Chapters : Dividend Policy>Valuation of Business and Merger and Acquisition> Lease Decisions>Financial Policy and Corporate strategy.
3. Now comes The Medium Level Chapters : Capital Budgeting>Capital Market>Fundamental Analysis>Technical Analysis>International Capital Market>Foreign Investments>Money market.
4. The TOP Level Chapters: Forex>Derivatives>Risk and Return>Mutual Funds>Bond Valuation. 5. General Topics : Real Options, General Problems.
These Steps have to be done in This sequence Only.
Point 1,2,3 has a weightage of atleast 50 marks. They are easy also. They require less time. They have short concepts and short sub topics. So this sequence gives confidence to the student.
If you will start from Forex, derivatives, chances are you might find the subject too difficult and boring.
But as you say " PASS TO HONA HEE HAI " , so follow my strategy. Its not a strategy actually. Its just that for SFM, you need to pick right chapters at the right time.
Good Luck

I secured very low marks in SFM in Nov 2014 Exam. I hate SFM a lot ..... But , when I saw the reasons behind that, it's not at all worthy. Just because I am not interested in SFM, I got failed in SFM.
For May 2015 Exams, I took all my non-interested subjects. SFM is one of the subject among all 8 Papers. I did all the question by hand this time alongwith understanding the concepts. U won't believe, after going through all the concepts & questions , as much as I can, I personally felt that I was just discouraging myself without any reason. SFM is really very interesting if a candidate get all it's concepts strong. Take help of You Tube Videos to grasp & understand concepts of SFM. U will seriously be benefitted.
