Appearing in Nov-2008(Final) Exam,Pleae advice me about Direct Taxes,Dates upto which amendmens and case laws are relevat for exams.

Finance act 2007 and all amendment up to 30 aprtil 08 is applicable for nov 08 exam.
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
