Hello Ravinder, It depends upon your Capability. In First Gr two subjects are fully theory (required practical experience too i.e., Auditing & Law) ofcourse A/cs also need some practical experience and for SFM, u hav 2 learn all the things here only (Extention to your Pcc FM). Whereas in Gr-II all the things u have to learn here only like DT/IDT laws, ISCA and Costing. If u have the practical experience and theoritical capability then go for Gr-I otherwise Gr-II.

Hi Ravinder
i think if u r thinking of going for only one group then u must go for GROUP 1 becoz the only subjects in which u need some assistance of classes would be accounts and strategic financial mangement .... the other two subjects, audit and law u can do on ur own... so u can prepare the subjects and also can revise the same quite a few times.... if u ll go for GROUP 2 then u need to go to classes for all 4 subjects as u can not prepare any subject of group 2 on your own (even ISCA also, though its a theory) so i strongly advise u to go for GROUP - 1 n start it from today it self ... wish u all the very best for the results..... n study well for the final............................good day.............
