Hi Aishwarya,
Its tough luck for you.
In CA Final many students have to face situation like this, whether Ist group or IInd group any single group can ruined life of CA candidates. They clear any one group but when ICAI start declaring Tough results then many student become victim of it and not able to clear other group and have to revolve around 180 to 190 club.
So in this situation One should keep patience and keep 2 months for studies and apply different strategy to clear exam . As quiting in not solution and you cannot quit this courese now because you are hihgly divoted to this course. so it will be better to start afresh which is tough but keep patience and you will be soon declared CA .
Stay Self Motivated which is only key to come out of this phase
All the best..:-)

Hi Aishwarya,
You are so close to your goal. After spending so many years to reach this point, do you really want to turn back now & will you not regret it later in your life. If not becoming a Chartered Accountant is something which you can live with for the rest of your life, then you can consider quitting or else quitting is simply not an option. As you have mentioned you are able to score 190, why not 10 more additional marks? Try to figure out what new or different things you have tried to get that additional 10 marks. Even a small change in your mindset or strategy or study methodology or presentation for this May attempt may help you become a Chartered Accountant.
I would suggest you to watch youtube videos of CA Nitin Soni who is the author of 7 Laws of clearing CA Final and SuperPowerStudent which is highly motivational & useful. There are many other resources available such as a session with a Life Coach who helps you in achieving your goals, or applying for certified copies and analysing the mistakes and the causes and how to correct and improve upon them. There are many more things which you can do , but you need to figure out what specifically will work for you and give it a try. " Insanity is doing the same things again and again and expecting different results".

Hi Aishwarya!
Dont get disappointed this is part & parcel of pursuing such professional courses whether it is CA/CMA/CS & u are not alone, there are many students facing this, dont quit because you are almost there,so keep your focus intact until you pass.
I have seen many students who gone through such condition but ultimately came out & became professioanls.
I can understand your conditon because I had gone through same condition but ultimately became CMA.
Some days back I have written article on caclubindia named dont run, dont stop, just walk I hope that will help you.
So best of luck & I am sure in next attempt you will become CA.

See Ind AS is New Concept so only Comparative will be asked by ICAI and only for 5 to 6 marks. So only you study difference between AS & Ind AS which is in Confirmity with IFRS.
So IF possible Refer D.S Rawat for Accounting Standards & Ind AS which is Comphrensive and useful for AS.And Focus More on Existing AS
Also do more practice of SFM and Corporate Law.
Keep Audit in depth and go through New amendments and read Practice manual thoroughly.
Review Suggested Answers and RTP of last 4 Exams.
All the Best..:-)

Guys even I am goin through the same situation. I got 191 in my first attempt and 180-190 Marks in single groups in final for 2 more attempts.
Fail to score even 2 marks and 1 Marks for exemption in law, sfm and audit..
Law for 3 times i got 57/58/57. Audit 45/52/58 but Still fail...
It is the best time to face the challange now...
i know CA is tuff course but not for US who are very dedicated to our CA.
We all will become CA one day for sure...
All the Best for MAY 2016 all CA Final Student.
