I need help AMA & ISCA as i have to reappear in Nov 2013

Please suugest me some good books for Conceptual clarlity and good practical question bank for AMA.

I stuidied ISCA from dinesh Madaan sir book, now i am considerng taking up coaching. Suggest me some good teacher for ISCA also.
