By july-10 i will b completing 3 yrs of articleship ( excl 7 months of leave ). if i clear my pcc exam in may-2010 attempt can i appear for nov-2010 final exam ....

You should finish off ur articlehip tenure of 3.5 years first, then and then only ur final attempt will due..
