Ca-final eligibility

Hi all,

I have cleared my IPCC in November 2010 and registered for CA-final as well as articleship in June 2011.
I wanted some clarification in regards with when can I appear for my Final exams ( November 2013 or May 2014). I am confused as to whether the new rule which allows students in last 12months of articleship to give appear for their final exams will apply to me or not.
