please mail to institute regarding financial service and capital market. who so ever have appeared for papar 6B..it was out of syllabus institute had just notified 5 regulation amd question one was from issue and listing of debt securities.

Was Some portion of case study 3 also out of sylabus of fscm paper? It came from RBI Circular on repos and reverse repos dates 24 july 2018??

In Risk Management paper, multiple choice questions, we need to give reason for selected answer? as there is no specific instructions given in Nov 2018 question pepar. in earlier May 2018 question pepar they had specifically mentioned they require reason for selected answer.

please help me guys to understand the same

I gave International Taxation 

Threre was one objective type question regarding applicability of EQUALIZATION LEVY, all option was incorrect as per my knowledge. please check and reply.

CASE Study-1 Que (e) (ix)

Que: ACL would not be liable for equalization levy if it was 

(A) Situated in North eastern State.

(B) Situated in Union Territory of Pondichery.

(C) Situated in Jammu & Kashmir.

(D) A Domistic company in which public are not substantially interested.

@ poonam Not required. Only the options in capital letters will suffice. 

It has answered in the same way in the mock test paper.

No. I didn't give any reasoning, but in may 18 paper, they specifically mentioned to give answers along with reason

It has been specifically mentioned in the question paper to mention only the option in capital letters. So reasoning is not required.
