No, Saxena Vaishist is the best book if you want to becom an expert in cost management (Concepts are explained very well and the book is very comprehensive and good for its price), Ravi Kishore appears to be written for University exams, is too expensive for its its content. But if you really want simple stuff go for Ravi, but accuracy of treatmment of sub is not that good, it may not help in exam. A still better idea from exam point of view prep is to take some good classes notes.
