As per my view, study Corporate Law in the following order:-

1. Board Meeting
2. Inter corporate Loans & Investments
3. Company Audit
4. Amalgamation
5. Prevention of Oppression & Mismanagement
6. Director
7. FEMA
8. SEBI
9. SCRA
10. Producer Company

These chapters are sufficient to get you good marks in exams in case you don't have time (when your attempt is due in Nov.07).
