I Have Munish Bhandari edition june 2007,comapnies act 2006 .Can someone pls tell me whether that book can help me for Nov 2008 and of any changes in C Law applicable for Nov 2008 exams.

Pls go through Munish Bhandari thorougly, that will be sufficient. Please go thro the practical problems well.. definitely it will help you a lot
