Ca final books not received

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing CA Final Exam in May 2016.

I had ordered 3 CA Final Books from https://icaionlinestore.org on 13/02/2015 and made online payment.

I have not yet (20/02/2016) received the books. The Order Status Shows "Not yet Shipped".

I have called the contact no. 0120-3045947 several times, but no one is picking the call. I have also requested the order status via mail to postalsales @ icai.in and ICAI e sahaayataa , but i have not received any reply.

Please suggest what should I do or whom should I contact, as I am in urgent need of the books.

As it has been just a week since you placed the order, you may have to wait at least for another week or so. May be try calling in the middle of next week and find out the status of your order and ask them when it is likely to get shipped.
