Actually, the comittee has been setup to discuss on the same, but such a preponement will only be for those student who are appearing in Nov 09 and after and they are from PE 2 scheme. Only logic behind is that student from CPT should not qualify before students from PE 2 scheme. This was confimed from a Council memeber. But, as on today, there are no approvals to it. So lets wait and watch, this will be out in another 5-6 months. I
