Have cleared Inter CA in 2003, now planning to give CA Final in Nov 2019, is it possible, if yes, How ?, Please respond with steps to be taken for sitting in the exam.

if u have completed ur articleship than fill exam form n consultant DCO of ur nearest branch of ICAI
