is there any major change in Company Law for CA Final in May 2006? (Implication of passing of finance bill).
Also it would be nice if you can suggest any reference material for the company law

No changes are made in company law. Last drastic change took place in 2003 only. Further it is being proposed to Ammend the Companies Act and shrink it to 200-300 Sections only ;) but he have to wait. Until then study 608 sections
