4000*0.01 = 40
120-40 = 80

Anyone remember what was the transfer price to be quoted by Div Z . Q 1 (c). Btw attempted half of the paper around 60 Mark's with decent accuracy

And for those asking solution of 1 (a). The optimal price will be Rs 75 with Q (i.e. optimal demand being) 4500 units. Please confirm if anyone got the same values

My answer for transfer price was Rs 34.5 ( 25 + 9.5). Not sure if this was the correct answer

Question 1 answer :
demand 4500
selling price 75
Contribution 45
Total contribution 45*4500= 2,02,500
After that Contribution starts decreasing.
