Sarbanes and Oxley act puch liya. Out of course hai ye to. Overall average paper. But not satisfied. Aggregate 200 me lag jayegi meri.

Sarbanes-Oxley was in RTP Professional ethics damn easy :)

Professional ethics was tricky the first question he was acting as a merchant banker...and they provide merchant banking service like portfolio management..so we would think it is professional misconduct but it was also written category 4 which means he provided only advisory services thus no misconduct.

are u sure it is not a misconduct?

M not the examiner ...but i think else why would they mention category 4.

but i dont think many students know that category IV is only an advisor.

but still i think it will be a mis conduct as the CA cant use any other designation except for CA. also, it wasnt mentioned in the question anywhere whether the CA is practising or not. hence, we have to put it as an assumption. i have done the same. lets see..

the paper was ok. there were so many things (more imp things) that could be asked, but there were many general questions, which forced us to write general answers. 

I Agree with Nishant.. Corporate governance wasn't asked. And yeah, I checked.. It isn't a misconduct. But a practicing CA can't use those designations on his letter heads etc so second part of the question is a misconduct

Yeah for that i have also written professional misconduct...yeah too many general question i was trying to remember any AS or SA or provision of companies act to quote but it was not so easy..general question general answer would fetch only average passing marks..so altogether it was not gud for me.
