If you do not intend to refer to any other reference material it is fine, but in that case going through institute's study material becomes very important. Apart from study material, you may have to go through PM, Supplementary book on amendments, case laws and RTP.
Thus apart from the books mentioned by you above, you need to have a text of entire direct tax law to study from.
