Ca exam login id

Sir/Madam,

I have passed my ca IPCC in Nov 2015. So far i have not created my login ID in icaiexam Portal. but now while creating the login ID the category shows CPT only. Can i please know how to created my login ID so that i can apply for nov 2018 final examinations.
