Ca exam exemptions reg

dear friends one of my friend who wrote may 2014 final exams has got 60 marks in corporate law but in the said attempt he had written only 3 papers as he is already availing one exemption in SFM that too expired in may 2014. can he claim the exemption in corporate law in coming exams as the one in SFM was already expired?
