By reading the LLP Act 2008, Minsitry of Corp Affairs' LLP portal and many other infomative webpages about LLP formation, I repeatedly reminded of a thing that I did not understand completely.
Application form for incorporation needs to be signed (digitally) by an advocate/company
secretary/chartered accountant/cost accountant in practice and
engaged in the formation of LLP.
What is the meaning of CA/ Advocate / CS 'Engaged' in the formation of LLP?
Does that mean NOT all CA's / CS' / Advocates are authorized to sign the application, instead some special category / individual CA's & Advocates are authorized to sign on the LLP application?
Where the list of such authorized / registered CA's / CS's / Advocates can be found?
