No, both require seperate registration...
You required to do 3 month articleship as per ICAI and 15 months or 18 months as per ICSI
You can do it both in same firm but not at a same time.
As per ICAI you require to inform them regarding all engagement with any other...if you join job, do ur own business, join any course you require prior permission....
