CA CPT June 2018 query regarding module

I am preparing for my CA CPT June 2018 attempt from modules of 2016.
Should I continue my preparation from the old books or should I get new ones. In short are there some major changes in CPT ( old course ) ?

If you have registered for CA-CPT on or before 30th June 2017, then you have three more attempts, one each in June 2018, December 2018 and June 2019. So, the last attempt for old syllabus CA-CPT students is scheduled in June 2019.
But check for amendments in macro economics, law, etc

old syllabus accounts has only a change of accounting standard i guess....
visit icai.org for updates regarding them
or in bos knowledge portal you will be having current edition, check foe changes there, if any
