i wrote ogive, i dont know it is correct or no?
u remember dat question...he promises to give the flat after one year...question was which is dis consideration...executed,executory,past future?

P sells poor quality rice,Q dey r good quality of rice..mistake or misrepresentation?
i wrote mistake because it is unilateral mistake and it is valid contract...misrepresentation is one in which statement is made and the other party believes it to be true..
