Can some one pls provide me the format of CA Certification for ESI Half Yearly Return? I will be in great thankful to you and thanks in advance!

there is no need or provision for CA certification in ESI return.

You are wrong.
CA Certification is required in ESI Returns for establishments employing more than 40 persons.
