अगर 44ad लागू हो शकता हो तो जरूरी नहीं है।

if paid presumptive tax under 44AD paid....then no need

If you are showing income u/s 44AD then no need to audit. But if less than 8% income is shown then that also needs to be audited u/s 44AB(e). But if are showing profit as per other than 44AD then audit is mandatory even if more than 8% profit is declared (which no one should practically do).
