CA at the age of 33

Hi

I request the reader to reply.

I have started my CA final preparations after being 31.
I left the MNC job due to depression.
After that I failed in business.

I am just like a fresher now with negligible experience.
How to gain experience and technical skills?

How shall I start after exams? What should I do?

What would be my value as a CA?

I have a huge gap between CA IPCC and on its completion.
How will I justify this gap?

I have no one to guide me for above queries?

Lot of anxiety and stressed up right now.
Plz help me.

No need to justify anything. you can continue with your CA final and appear for the exams in forthcoming attempts.

You can start reading as much as study materials to enhance your knowledge refer bare acts refer institutes journals read company's annual reports.
You have tremendous experience of working in an MNC and also trying Businesses. Just focus on the present and clear CA. Huge gap between IPCC and final won't be a problem as you have a justified reason of pursuing job/business. Don't be anxious. You are far ahead than other people. All the Best!
I left Job in 2019 and since than I was in business but now my business is not going well and I am barely interested in it so started my CA finals again.

It feels you are 'self-pitying' at your situation, which is not a good thing. Just focus on the present and do what you want to do. Do not look at the past.

Ok Kev.
