A person is a recently qualified CA and is into Service. However, he is a director in two Pvt. Ltd. Companies.
There are 2 directors each in the companies. Out of which he is one of them and usually signs few documents without any actual knowledge of the business.
What are the Provisions regarding the same in Professional Ethics??
a ca can be director in company,provided he should intimate the institute about that.
