Ca arttcleship transfer

I talk to my principle for transfer, then he told me that he will give me transfer on 30/09/2014 . Today when I talked to my principle he told me that "mein tumhe abhi transfer nahi dunga". This will be my first transfer in the very first year. Please guide what to do.
