I have joined Articleship in CA Firm in February 2016....but taken leave for 3 months ( May , June , July ).......and now I want to take termination from that firm for some reason and join another CA Firm after 6 months i.e. in February 2017.....Can I do so? Is it valid ?

No, you have to submit the re-registration of articleship form within 30 days from the date of taking transfer.
