i am an article since 6 months i.e. from december. i have taken transfer from the firm and i have following queries-
1. can i rejoin the same firm again?
2. what is the minimum time duration for transfer from one firm to another?( i know that during 1st year an article can take as much transfer as he wants, but what is the minimum time to switch the firm?
3. how do i know that i have been transferred? do i can see that on the ICAI website or anywhere else?
please enlighten me.

I don't think so u can rejoin the same firm. There is no such time duration but If you register in the nxt firm within 30 days frm the date of termination ur attempt for final xam will not be shifted. U can identify the transfer by getting the termination post from icai and the old CA under whom u have registered.. In his or her Member ID u can see whether ur name is still there or removed for articles
