I've registered for both CPT & CS EXECUTIVE PROGRAMME & i'm going to clear my CPT by June-09,CS Foundation programme by Dec-09.The question arises here is,can i do the articles for CA along with the Industrial training of CS?.Is it negotiable?.

HI,
There is no provision for combined training/articleship. The Traning have to be done saperately and exclusively. But based on future supervisory work experience CS institute may exempt few months of training out of 15 months.

Not at all possible....
Take a look at the institute's announcement on27/03/2009.
Don't do this mistake.... Its gonna harm u in the future The inst is very strict in terms of articleship now.
Or if at all u r doin it don't intimate the ICAI
