Ca Article Transfer

There must be mutual consent  or valid reason for transfer and student have to fill Form 109 along with Form 103 and Form 102

Please submit form of 109 for the termination of articleship with the previous CA.

And then submit form 102 & 103 with the new CA

Dear Vijay,

        just fill up & submit form 109 for termination of articleship with previous C.A. then after fill up & submit form no. 103 (containing your personal details) & form no. 102 (for agreement with new C.A.) . U will receive fresh registration letter as well as fresh i-card showing your new registration details.

i had terminated my articleship on 31-07-08 but submitted the forms on 24th november. now what is to be done?

Diksha which date u have specified in the form? Check out with ICAI on the urgent basis
