Ca and oracle erp

dear all, i am expecting ca final results, need to clear only 3 papers in 2nd group. Recently i got an offer from a pvt company saying that they will give training in oracle finance or oracle project accounts as our choice for 6 months.. pay scale gonna be low for 1st one year but i need to commit 3 years bond.. shall i accept the job or not? which one is good projects or financials?.... pleaseee help...
