I am CA and am interested in floating a CA firm and one of my CS frnd is interested to join the firm. Can we come together as partnership firm with LLP status and carry out Auditing /income tax/project consultancy activities under CA regulation act.

BUT IS IT NECESSARY THAT IN A CA PARTNERSHIP FIRM ALL PARTNERS ARE NECESSARY TO BE CA CAN CS ALSO JOIN THAT FIRM, CAN IT BE POSSIBLE THAT FOR CA RELATED MATTERS I CAN SIGN AND FOR CS RELATED MATTERS CS PARTNER CAN SIGN?
Can we make partnership with CS in practice or ICWA? Whether CA institute formalaties arise or permission required ? How can we proceed ?
