CA Alphabets of trust

At a time when we ICAI is Saying that the alphabets CA stands for trust . The irony is  that students only have mistrust against ICAI . if within the instiute there is so much mistrust then How can we project that CA stands for alphabets of Trust. ??It is high time that ICAI should do something concrete to win back the trust of students...
