Ca admission query please help

Hi i am new here..very much intrested in doing CA.

I am a B.com P with 73%, and what i read is that i can do directly IPCC instead of CPT.Also if i am not wrong IPCC conducts exam in may and december...

 

1- Is it compulsary to register 9 months before i want to take IPCC(be it may 2013 or dec 2013).?

2- To appear in the exam do i need to pay 15k fees at the time of registration.?

3- Since there are 2 groups in IPCC can one join articleship as soon as clearing 1 of the groups and appear for 2 nd group  while working?

4- When is the last date to register for IPCC may 2013 exam?

 

Kindly help and i appologize is all the queries were asked before.
