c form pending as on last date before gst starts

we have interstate supplies and our c forms are pending for previous supplies.so after gst starts what will be the time given to submit c forms.

Manishji, you should not wait for application for cform so as soon as you file your vat return go for applying cform

Dear sir,

What will happen to pending c form or f form under gst?

Can we still apply for pending C form of H form for a 17-18 (apr 17 to june 17), even gst get implemented ?

hello sir, i announced a firm in feb 2017.I purchased machines from other state on the date of feb 2017 with cst 2%, c form pending , and vat return not be filed . now i discontinued this firm . please give suggestion what i do .

According to me, pls file the vat return payoff the liabilities or else department will recover by you later. apply for CForm or otherwise you have to make additional tax payment of Differential liability.
