I had requested for C form through Mahagst site but the request is not has benn proceed i know this bcoz i have done the request procedure in front of my concern officer now what to do pls suggest me answer anyone.......

Are not able to generate c form??? Or any other problem.

Let me explain u in detail
Sir this the case of FY 16-17 so we dont need to prepare a format and upload it on mahagst everything is automatic but for C and F Forms we have to put request that request is getting sent whenever i click on request button it shows one thing that "this request is being pending with your concern officer" so i met with my concern officer he showed me his SAP software where i saw my request is not being received by him. He fails to help me but i want those forms urgently so now what to do.

who is D.C. officer do you mean by District Collector if no then sir how i can find who is D.C. officer
