Can anyone help me on this ?
I have supplied goods to a dealer outside maharashtra, he was suppose to issue me a c-form so i charged vat at lower rate, but now he is not issuing the c-form.
what would be implications now ?

In case where dealer outside Maharashtra agrees to issue C-Form , the rate of taxto be charged shall be reduced one than those charged otherwise on a local sale. In case where dealer outside Maharashtra does not issue c form , the seller is viewed in default as he had to charge full rate of tax . So now seller (you) need to pay differential amount of tax, interest and penalty arising out of these AND Revise the Return. Please wait till Specific notice is received by you for representing for this query of pending c forms
i am not received c form..
so can filed the FIR against party ??
