I have issued a C Form to a party for the supplies of 3rd & 4th Quarter in one C Form by mistakenly. Now the Supplier is asking a seperate C Form for the 4th Quarter. I asked him to return the mistaken one but he had submitted with ST authorities. In this case, A new C Form for the 4th Quarter can be issued?. Kindly clarrify my problem, the supplier is giving more pressure.
Dear Sivakumar,
Get back the combined 'C' form, make it for 3rd quarter only and then only issue another' 'C' form for the 4th quarter.
The combined 'C' form is not valid for your supplier and he can take it back from Tax authorities and return to you. You may have to give him in writing so that it is easier for him to collect.
Do not issue second form unless you correct the first form.
