In case of Sale with C-Forms, is it mandatory as per the act for the seller to mention in the Invoice as "Against C Form" ?
If required, what are the consequences of not mentioning the same ?

through invoice you have claimed only concessional rate from the Customer and for that Form C is needed. It is not a big issue you have omitted to write the words "Against C Form". Because your Custormer outside the state is also aware that they have to issue C form to you for such reduced rate. Otherwise you should have claimed local rates in force. You can keep C forms from the customer for your CSTassessment.
