Purchase from party in april for Rs 100000/-.

Return to Party Rs 5000/- in the mont of May which is shown in sales tax return

Now My Question is that C form  to be issued by Department Rs 100000/- or 95000/-.

If return in the month of july i.e next quarter then C Form to be issued by Department Rs 100000 or 95000/-
