WHAT ARE THE FIELDS THERE IN C- FORMS.

means what are the input data for c-forms for an interstate purchase

here is d form .......

write d name of the dealer,form type ,period,u can enter all transactions of a same party in one row by adding the bills.....and no of bills in transactions column,,,be careful in descripttion of goods ...since d c form may be rejected if it is inappropiate........fill it properly......

Sir,

We have purchase Synthetic Fibric from a party in mumbai and CST is exempted for it so do we have to issue C-Form for it or no.

Pl guide.

Dear sir,

Their is no matter of issuing C form to the other state party. because C form issued for the purpose of reduced tax so already said exempted goods then how to issue C form sir,

NO NEED FOR C FORM AS GOODS ARE EXEMPTED....... AS WELL SAID ABOVE THAT C FORM IS JUST FOR REDUCED TAX PAYMENT ............BUT IF THERE IS NO CST THEN NO NEED FOR IT.........
