We have raised Invoice on 03/03/2009 against which we have to collect 'C' Form.
Our party has send us "C" Form indicating the date as 03/03/2009.
The Form can be accepted or not??

Form C will be accepted. The date on Form C will be invoice date or after the invoice date but not before the invoice date.
