C form
i work in private company there is some cst bills against C form, so shall i issue only taxable amount or total invice bill?

You have to mention only the taxable amount on the 'C' Form. For example the total value of the bill is Rs.104/- (Taxable Value is Rs.100 and Tax is Rs.4). You have to mention Rs.100/- only.
