C form

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have a doubt regarding CST - C form.

Uniform is purchased for workers from outside the state. They are charging 5 % CST. Supplier telling us not to provide C form as it is not applicable on it and CST will be charged @ 5% only.

Please help me...what to do?

Hi. C form submission is for lower deduction of CST. If CST is deducted @ 2% than c form is to be submitted. However CST is already charged @ 5% . so no need to submit c form. All criteria of CST and c form are to be decided at the time of preparing of purchase order. You can check p.o. Rgds Viral Patel 9033485216
