I made a purchase from delhi i.e. other state .The seller asking for "C" FORM. Can i give him the "C" FORM.
and what is the benefit we will get from "C" FORM..After I am issuing the C form to him what shoul i do.

Because of C Form, U had received the goods at concessional tax rate... Do check once.... or the seller had charged full tax rate..??
