After the completion of Vat Audit by Sale Tax department, the Forms need to be submitted to the department.

Thanks for your reply but now a days c.a are doing vat audit . when we have to know that dept. completed their vat audit

When the Vat Audit Report (Given by a chartered accountant) is submitted to the departmnet, after that only department will start its own audit.
