You can get general tips if you search this forum and make an analysis of best advices given.
But since you are ready to ask for help, you will surely get one. Where do you live, do you have CA classes in your city or is their a library.
I think environment is your problem which is the case of students who are not able to pass. Try to be in the co. of CA students and in fact the bright ones and try to be one step better than them. Once you do that things will happen automatically.
I wish you were in my city so I could have talked to you and helped you because most times people do not even ask for help or try to listen.
Listen to the people carefully when they are advising you something and then make your own analysis of the whole conversation.

Leave behind the thought of number of attempts you have taken till now. Try capturing the best moments which you will relish in the month of July 2016 when your results are likely to be announced, in simple look forward for a positive outcome. It could be a pre-fix CA besides your name, moments of joy in the eyes of your parents, proud feeling when your neighbhor speaks very high of you etc. If you need to convert those future feelings into reality, then you need to have a stong desire to put in hard - cum - smart work in the next couple of months.
You need to learn from the past mistakes and take corrective steps. Everyone of us err in life, but the best part would be in realising the mistakes and ensuring that we do not commit the same mistake time and again.
For the student who doesn’t understand the purpose of mistakes, life would look something like below:
Your initial remarks that you possess confidence is a great sign that you are ready to put in the extra effort to perform well in the examination and will be able to achieve success. But you need to do a reality check as to how much of your effort is getting translated into positive outcome. When you think that a desire to study is diminishing then you need to push yourself because, no one else is going to do it for you, so you need to drive yourself.
Ignite the passion in you to achieve success by looking out for people who have really taken up the challenges in the life and come out with flying colors. You put yourself in their shoes and check the level of progress you have attained. You need to constantly keep yourself motivated and energised till the time your exams are over.
Have a action plan which is realistic, do not set unrealistic / impractical targets to achieve your plan. There would be at times you feel that your plan is not falling in line, iin that case you need to make minor adjustments by tweaking them as per the changed circumstances / scenario.
Ensure you have a proper plan with adequate time for revision. Try attempting past examination questions as if you are appearing in exam conditions - in simple, take up mock tests regularly to evaluate the performance and take corrective actions. Try working on your strengths and weaknesses.
As far as friends which you told, try having only positive thinking friends who can help you by motivating. At least till your exams are over, it is better to avoid or have minimum conversation with some of the friends who always keep complaining or who are demoralised, as any negative vibes can spell disaster for your own progress.
Give more importance to presentation of papers in the examination, as those three crucial hours would be the defining moments of your life. Stay calm and positive through out your study time and on the days of examination. Relax by listening to some melodious music, because your brain isn't a machine, it does need breaks. Meditate to keep yourself fit both physically and mentally. Eat healthy food. Mind you CA examination is challenging and more of a mental battle, so be strong and focused.
Wish you all the best and hope you will attain great laurels in the ensuing examination.
